Refund policy

We do not accept returns unless items are faulty/incorrect. If an item is faulty/incorrect please contact us on with the contact facility on the website so that we can do our best to correct any problems you may have with your items. All items are bespoke printed for your order so as such we cannot accept returns unless as stated above. If an item is returned as faulty/incorrect we will expect the item to be returned in the condition it arrived and unused. We will contact you about refunds on returned faulty items once they have arrived back with us. Any refunds will take into account any discounts you may have recieved on purchase.
